- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Due to ongoing changes in costs and inflation, quoted prices may be subject to change after this 30 day validity period.
- The initial consultation for quotation purposes is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes. If additional consultation time is required for larger or more complex commercial quotes, a minimum consultation fee may apply to cover the additional time and associated costs.

- Client must ensure site access and readiness
- Delays may occur due to weather or external factors
